After passing the preliminary review, the manuscripts are distributed to the corresponding deputy editors - in - chief according to different fields.The deputy editors - in - chief conduct the re - review. The manuscripts that pass the re - review enter the double - blind review process. Finally, whether the manuscript is accepted or not is determined by the deputy editor - in - chief based on the review opinions of the review experts and his/her own review opinions.
